Comva Ltd offer no guarantees as to the roadworthiness of any vehicle made available for sale in the auction.

Potential purchasers are advised to satisfy themselves as to the authenticity of any lot before bidding/purchase.

Since goods have been available for physical inspection prior to the sale, no warranty, condition, description or representation on the part of the vendor is given or implied.

All vehicles are available to view and purchase at our AUCTION yard in church village at the advertised / reserve price which is set by the vendors.

All are sold at AUCTION terms & condition’s and sold “as is” “where is” without any warranty implied or given.

WE DO NOT MECHANICALLY INSPECT ANY VEHICLE

Our online AUCTION will conclude every Tuesday at 9pm.
